Promotion & Relegation Rule
The Championship winner earns automatic promotion to the Peña Premiere League. The relegated member will normally be the last-place Premiere League finisher. However, a Premiere League member who does not attend the annual Peña golf trip may be relegated ahead of the last-place finisher, subject to commissioner discretion for legitimate circumstances. If multiple people, a tiebreaker ensues.
