The front door code is also 90832. It activates at 4 PM on the 20th and deactivates at 11 AM on the 23rd (checkout time).
Parking
- Two parking spaces directly in front of our unit's garage are open for parking.
- A third space to the left of those (in front of our garage) is open to anyone in the community — sometimes available, but if occupied you cannot use it.
- Overflow parking is near the security gate.
Trash
If leaving the front of the townhome, turn left. At the end of the buildings there should be a dumpster for use.

Respect the Neighbor
- The immediate neighbor in Unit 902 shares our front outdoor threshold.
- He has complained in the past of people trying to get into his unit by mistake, or knocking on his door thinking it was their family/friends inside.
- Please try to be respectful of his privacy — no shortcuts across his grass.
- His parking spaces are off limits.

There is a general community guideline of reduced noise after 10 PM — please keep to that policy.
